Thank you for the squirrelly birthday wishes and to all you squirrels, squirrel to you too! I feel as though this damn squirrelly site is going to bring new squirrelness to us squirrels. Is anyone feeling squirrelly or is it just this squirrel? Moma squirrel is in town this week and we are squirrelling around and maybe some of you squirrels would wish to join us for some just plain good time squirrelling. We could get some squirrels or squirrels if you would rather. I miss all my squirrels and hope you all some hot squirrel!

Squirrel Log Violations
Although the Labor Day post was entertaining enough, it violated the first rule of Squirrel Log... we are only supposed to be talking about squirrels. While Squirrel referred to Scarlett J. as being wide eyed - much like a squirrel - this is indeed a violation. Does any squirrel have an opinion on this matter?
Labor Day squirrel
Labor Day was first established in the late 1880's to celebrate "the strength and esprit de corps of the trade and labor organizations" of the community. As a squirrel, I participated by going to the movie theater to see three movies and then eat dinner with squirrel, squirrel and squirrel.
Here are my Labor Day thoughts: It's too hot outside; there are a lot of shmaltzy movies coming out this fall; Nanny Diaries sucks ass and if I have to look at Scarlett J. act all wide eyed innocent in another movie, I will punch her in the face; Terrence Howard is in a lot of upcoming movies; I can't wait for the Jodie Foster revenge movie; I am disturbed by James Blunt; Squirrel and I really like the fried rice at "Buddha's Belly", Paolo Nutini creeps me out.
I squirrel have got to begin my labor for today.
Remember squirrel's motto : Don't squirrel off for tomorrow what you can squirrel today.

When Squirrel trumps the Smurf
Dear Squirrels,
Squirrel and I went to Squirrel's house today, and met up with Squirrel and Squirrel for a squirrelly time. At first we were just plain squirrelled until we decided to squirrel ourselves to the theater. We saw some squirrelly movies and ate some squirrel-corn. It was squirrel. And, everyone knows, when a squirrel squirrels, that squirrel squirrels for every squirrel.
That being said, I hope this free exchange of expression and reflection will bring us to that better place where we can all feel a sense of accomplishment and make the world a squirrellier place.
